Our pizza dough
At Ditaly, we don’t follow patterns; each pizza is unique. And that starts with a great base.
Neapolitan pizza dough is one of the most important elements of our product. We make it using Italian flour from Molino Dallagiovanna, a flour with a special double-zero strength, and we let it ferment for 48 hours to achieve a better alveolation and a much more intense flavor with highly pronounced nuances.
The result? A thin, soft, and elastic pizza in the center with thick, airy crusts and a texture you won’t forget.
Our stone oven
The stone oven at Ditaly is the cornerstone of Italian forno cuisine. Brought straight from Naples, it ensures that contemporary Neapolitan pizza is the star of our menu.
Our pizzas are baked at 400°C for about 60 seconds.
